Ah, beautiful springtime. What could be more enjoyable than shooting an engagement session in early May? Below are a couple of pictures from my latest e-session with Mike & Tricia.

We toured Kauffman Gardens, the Nelson-Atkins, City Market, and Chateau Avalon. I find that switching up the environment multiple times keeps the ideas fresh and exciting. I was very pleased with the outcome from the shoot and so was the couple! I look forward to photographing their wedding in June of 2011!

Wedding: John & Maddie - 3/19/2010

First wedding of 2010, alright! Well, not really an official wedding, but my closest friend John's wedding! I played the part of a groomsman while Keith Montgomery played official photographer. However, when John & Maddie's official photog time ran out during the reception, I got to step in and take some fun candids. I love this sort of stuff.
